           Apple rabdi made by milk, apple and sugar. it is easy to make and Made with a one pan or one pot method. Other hence Milk promotes strong bones, the presence calcium as well as of vitamin D, which helps bone formation.

A  fruity twist to the popular rabdi. Apple not only contributes its unique flavour  to this sweet, it also helps to thicken the rabdi very quickly thereby adding to the convenience too. Apple rabdi tastes fantastic all by itself.

Ingredients
·         1 apple
·         2  ½  tablespoon sugar
·         ½ tsp powdered green cardamom
·         3 cup milk
·         2-3  sliced almonds

·         Method
     Heat a non-stick pan, add the milk and cook on a medium flame for 20-25 mins, while stirring occasionally or till the mixture reduce to half.
2.  Add the sugar and apples and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 mins, while stirring occasionally.
3.   Sprinkle almonds and cardamom powder mix well.
4.   Refrigerate for at least 1 hours and serve chilled.



Step by step procedure to make apple rabdi

1.  To begin with wash the apples thoroughly and peel them. Then, grate the apples in a large bowl. Make sure that you are using sweet apples for this recipe.


2.   Put a pan or  kadhai on medium flame.


3.  After that pour milk into a deep-bottomed pan and let it boil. After one boil, lower the flame and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes till it is thickened. Make sure to stir in between so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom.


4.   Add the sugar,crushed cardamom and apples and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 mins, while stirring occasionally.









5.  Now, increase the flame once more and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. After that, add the  almonds and cook for another 2 minutes.


6.  Once you turn off the flame, let it cool at room temperature and transfer in a bowl. Then, place it in the refrigerator and let it chill.  Mix well and serve cold.
