Ingredients
- Banana- 2 pcs.
- Eggs- 2 pcs.
- Refined flour- 1 cup
- Butter- 1 pack (100 grams)
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Baking powder- 1 tsp
- Baking soda- ½ tsp
- Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
- Lemon zest- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Coconut- 2 tbsp grated (optional)
Method
- Firstly take the
blender add in a banana, eggs, sugar and lemon zest get a paste and keep aside.
- Add the refined flour/maida and butter in a bowl, mix well.
- Now add baking soda, baking powder and vanilla essence, mix
it to.
- Take the rest of banana paste in bowl and mix together with
the help of spatula.
- Now add lemon juice then beat well and beat until fluffy.
